Dividends from Year 3In addition to your CETI shareholding, you can choose to invest directly in one of these two campus construction projects.
Project 1
78 studios of 12 m² arranged in two blocks (G+1), autonomous in solar energy with a borehole and two 5,000 L tanks. A dignified living environment for CETI learners and trainers.
Project 2
A versatile communal living space: collective restaurant, gym, theatre / conference room, relaxation and socialization areas. Essential to the well-being and fulfillment of learners.

Yes. Shareholding (minimum 20 shares) is a prerequisite to be able to invest in one of the CETI campus construction projects.

Absolutely. CETI accepts investments from around the world. International wire transfers, Mobile Money and credit cards accepted. All documentation is digital.
The first dividends are expected from Year 3 of operation, with a projected ROI of 18% from Year 5.
Each shareholder receives monthly progress reports with construction site photos. An online tracking platform will be available before the launch of works.
