A G+1 building structured in two wings connected by a central core, housing 78 autonomous studios of 12 m² — each equipped with a private bathroom, storage space and study furniture. The complex is designed for full autonomy in water and energy.

The 78 units are distributed in two wings (39 per block), with 1.20 m external walkways providing natural ventilation and easy circulation.
